Harvey, you have the best imagination ever. I love how your poems have such graphic words. It`s like I`m in the poem. The words bring it to life. Its like an other demention, when I read one of your peoms. - Belle

I do hope the seasonal, cross-country jaunt, offers much to draw from as well the time with family. Yes, this winter may prove pivotal, in a textual sense. A fine line twixt that of isolation and imminent distraction. - harvey gable

Winter writing

Harvey -- I am making it so I can write this winter... Need to get my move completed... Just a little 2300 mile drive, with all except the hubby in tow. But the girls and i will be back in our home town for Christmas :) around happy family. Once I get the new house set up... Which means garage sales are on the horizon...to see if I can find a "just right" table or desk so I can set the writing station up... Between the divorce and the roller coaster of the trail of the guy who stole my son's life.... Ohhhh my life is full of great starter material. I will continue to go to www.CreativeCopyChallenge.com bi-weekly to get the juices moving and continue to work Mind-full Conversations, and see if it will work into a manuscript by itself or... I am going to bite the bullet and enter a poem into a contest...it would be a version of "Counting the Days-Like All Mothers Do"... Which would also be from my Mind-full Conversations. How about you? Are you ready for a Winter full of words, expressed by you!

I appreciate the input KL...crummy pine is less expensive and might work with rum. Are you poised to write some this winter? - harvey gable

metor... is interesting

Hello there Harvey!
I like the breaks in this piece... it gave me the slightly uncomfortable metor for reading, inteneded I am not sure, but that is how it affected me.

I did find one line to cause this reader to hick-up ..."six-panel maple.." I would change this to "six-paneled maple" Just a thought. - KathleenL
